Challenges and Change with Craig Oliver returns for season two on AMI-tv

Accessible Media Inc. (AMI) announced today that Challenges and Change, hosted by legendary broadcaster Craig Oliver will return for a second season on AMI-tv beginning March 8. Challenges and Change is an interview based program that pairs host Craig Oliver with Canadians who have inspired change and helped reshape the perception of ability.

After a successful first season, AMI-tv is pleased to offer an expanded second season with 15 30-minute episodes. Veteran host Craig Oliver offers a unique perspective with his extensive knowledge of Canadian politics and policy in addition to his experience with accessibility related issues being legally blind himself.

“We know our audience in hungry for programming that speaks to the challenges they face every day and helps them feel more connected to what’s happening across Canada,” says John Melville, Vice-President of Programming and Production for AMI-tv. “We’re thrilled to have Craig back to get to the heart of accessibility issues and speak with key decision makers, public figures and inspirational Canadians who are leading change for people of all abilities.”

Guests on season two of Challenges and Change include The Honourable Kent Hehr, Minister of Veterans Affairs, the former Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, the Honourable David Onley, The Honourable Carla Qualtrough, Minister of Sport and Persons with Disabilities, the first legally deaf NHL player, Jim Kyte, Margaret Trudeau, and more.

Season one of Challenges and Change with Craig Oliver is currently available online. Tune in for the season two premiere with John Rafferty, President of the CNIB, on Tuesday, March 8 at 7:30 p.m. on AMI-tv.
