AMI-audio celebrates International Day of Persons with Disabilities

A banner with brush stroke style colours on either side (blue and pink) frames the AMI-audio logo and the words "PEB Celebrates"

What is International Day of Persons with Disabilities?

In 1992, the United Nations established an annual observance of the International Day of Persons with Disabilities (IDPD). The aim of this day is to promote an understanding of disability issues and mobilize support for the dignity, rights and well-being of persons with disabilities. It also seeks to increase awareness of gains to be derived from the integration of persons with disabilities in every aspect of political, social, economic and cultural life.
