  • 4 cups of Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/2 cup of Mayonnaise
  • Sesame Brioche Buns
  • 1 cup Chopped Crispy Onions

Red Relish Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of Red Hamburger Relish
  • 1/4 cup of Pickled Jalapeños
  • 1/4 cup of Diced Red Onions
  • 1/2 cup of Ketchup
  • 1 tbsp of Sambal Oelek

Mt. Arrowsmith Caesar Salad Ingredients:

  • 4 heads of Iceberg Lettuce
  • 2 clamshells of Baby Arugula
  • 1/4 cup of Capers
  • 1/2 cup of Chickpeas
  • 1/4 cup of Roasted Garlic
  • 1/2 cup of Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 Lemon (juice)

Dressing Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup of Zesty Italian Dressing
  • 1 tbsp of Garlic Powder
  • 1 tbsp of Dried Italian Herbs

Instructions:

Relish:

Start by making the relish.

Add all the relish ingredients to the Red Hamburger Relish and mix.

After you’ve combined your relish ingredients, you’ll begin making the salad.

Salad:

Place the arugula into a bowl or a family-style plate.

Add all the dressing ingredients into a bowl and mix. Then drizzle the dressing onto the arugula.

Cut the iceberg lettuce in half twice and add it to the bowl or plate. Then drizzle the rest of the dressing on top.

Add capers, roasted garlic, roasted chickpeas, shredded Parmesan cheese and a hint of lemon juice.

Smash Burger:

Preheat a non-stick pan to medium.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Drizzle a little olive oil onto the heated pan. Then using an ice cream scoop, scoop the ground beef, pat it down a bit and place it onto the pan.

Place a square of parchment paper onto the beef and using another smaller pan or a plate, squish the beef to make a smashed patty.

Once the beef is on the pan, season your patties with some salt and pepper and cook for about 2-3 minutes per side.

Spray a pie pan with cooking spray and add 3/4 cup of Mozzarella to the pan. Then pop it in the oven for 1 min to 1.5 minutes.

Toast the burger buns in the oven.

Plating:

Place the top and bottom buns on a plate. Spread a spoonful of mayonnaise on each bun.

Add shredded lettuce, arugula, cooked smashed patties, and relish on the bottom buns.

When the cheese has softened in the oven, take it out and use a spatula to create a ball-like shape and pour it right on to the burger.

Add the crispy onions. Set bun tops in place.
