Mary is back in the kitchen! Mary Mammoliti gets cooking alongside Canadian chefs on Season 3 of AMI-tv’s Dish with Mary

Mary Mammoliti is cooking up tasty dishes and scintillating conversation. Accessible Media Inc. (AMI), in partnership with FRANK Digital, is thrilled to announce the Season 3 return of Dish with Mary on AMI-tv.
Mary Mammoliti—a home cook and food blogger who is partially sighted—knows her way around the kitchen and proves it during fun cook-alongs with renowned Canadian chefs. Each episode of Dish with Mary will focus on one chef and one dish, PLUS a lot of laughs, a bunch of tips, and tons to dish about!
Season 3 of Dish with Mary debuts Thursday, March 16, at 8:30 p.m. Eastern on AMI-tv and can be streamed on demand on AMI.ca and the AMI-tv App.
“Cooking is one of the best things about life,” Mary Mammoliti said. “For many, it’s therapeutic and even empowering, but it most certainly nourishes and connects us all. With a little creativity and the proper accessibility modifications, everyone can find joy in the kitchen.”
The eight Canadians Mary cooks alongside in Season 3 of Dish with Mary are Chef Louie Lui, Chef Kevin “Mad Chef” Munroe, Chef Dan Hayes (a.k.a. The London Chef), Chef Dan Bain, Chef Tommy Schneider, Chef Zach Keeshig, Chef Nuit Regular and Kyle Bruce. The recipes featured in each episode will be made available post-broadcast at AMI.ca.
Additionally, in-depth conversations between Mary and the eight chefs reveal how and why they entered the culinary world and the passion that keeps them cooking.

Thursday, March 16 — “Chef Tommy Schneider”
Mary Mammoliti travels to Winnipeg to meet Chef Tommy Schneider, the winner of the National Pizza Competition in Naples, Italy. Mary and Tommy chat about his journey to winning the competition and why he decided to open his restaurant in Winnipeg.
Thursday, March 23 — “Chef Louie Lui”
Mary meets Chef Louie Lui, a renowned chef hailing from Hong Kong. Chef Louie shares the journey of how he came to Winnipeg and how he brought traditional Hong Kong flavours to the city.
