Freestyle Motocross star Bruce Cook broke his back 10 years ago attempting a flip on his motorcycle. He came back 10 months later completing a backflip as a paraplegic. He’s become more innovative than ever imagined, finding solutions to barriers faced by himself and other people with disabilities. 

Bruce has turned a wilderness lodge into an adaptive adrenaline retreat, invented the first off road vehicle that can be driven by a joystick and facilitated an unthinkable hand bike trip across the remote desert of the Baja. 

Although helping others is something Bruce enjoys, he still craves adrenaline, action sports and his independent success. Having retired from freestyle motocross, Bruce is looking for his next thing, a career and an understanding of who he will be when his action sports career is over.
