Smoked Fish Spread

Ingredients:

1 cup smoked white fish

2 tbsp mayonnaise

¼ cup creme fraiche or sour cream

1 pinch Old Bay seasoning

2 dashes hot sauce, or more to taste

2 dashes Worcestershire sauce

1 lemon, zested and juiced

Pepper, to taste

Garnish:

1 tbsp micro-cilantro and/or chopped chives

Accompaniment:

Toasted baguette

Directions:

1. Make spread: in a medium bowl, mix together fish, mayonnaise, creme fraiche, Old Bay, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, lemon zest, and 1/2 the lemon juice. Season with pepper. Cover and chill for two hours.

2. Garnish with micro-cilantro and serve with slices of toasted baguette.
