On Accessing Art with Amy, Amy Amantea speaks with artists from all genres, and learns about what inspires them, what adaptations they have developed, and the barriers they face in their medium’s industry.

Upcoming guests include Bruce Horak, a theatre creator and performer who is partially sighted; dance artist Harmanie Rose; Inuit throat singers PIQSIQ; and sculptor, puppeteer and poet Corina Duyn.

 

About Amy

An artist, actor and advocate for persons with disabilities, Amy Amantea spends her time volunteering in the community, enhancing accessibility and creating awareness around sight loss. She plans to experience all that life has to offer! Amy lives in Vancouver.  

In Accessing Art with Amy, Amy speaks with artists from all genres, and learns about what inspires them, what adaptations they have developed, and the barriers they face in their medium’s industry.
